          FRESNO — Board members of the State Center Community College District elected Richard M. Caglia as board president at its December board meeting.

          John Leal was elected vice president and Bobby Kahn was elected secretary. Oakhurst Community College Center, Fresno City College, Reedley College, Clovis Community College, and Madera Community College Center make up the State Center Community College District.
